Return & Exchange Policy

Trinity Naturals is a licensed adult-use cannabis retailer in Massachusetts. Due to state regulations governing cannabis products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on cannabis products once they have left the premises, except as described below.

1. All Sales Are Final

In accordance with Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission regulations and public health standards:

No returns

No exchanges

No refunds

This policy applies to all cannabis products, including but not limited to flower, pre-rolls, edibles, concentrates, vape products, tinctures, beverages, and infused items.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Defective Products

If you believe a product is defective, please bring the following to the store:

The original receipt

The original product packaging

The unused or defective product

A member of our team will review the product to determine whether it qualifies as defective.

Defective determinations are made at the sole discretion of Trinity Naturals in accordance with Massachusetts regulations and internal quality standards.

If approved, Trinity Naturals may, where permitted by law:

Replace the defective product with the same item (if available), or

Provide store credit in an amount consistent with state guidelines

No cash refunds will be issued.

3. Non-Defective Items

We cannot accept returns or provide replacements for:

Products that have been opened and are not defective

Products that were purchased in error

Personal preference dissatisfaction

Incorrect product selection after leaving the premises

Our team is happy to provide guidance before purchase to help ensure you select the right product for your desired experience.

4. Non-Cannabis Merchandise

Non-cannabis merchandise (such as accessories) may be eligible for exchange if:

The item is unused

Returned within [X] days of purchase

Accompanied by original receipt

Final eligibility is determined in-store.

5. Order Accuracy

Please verify your order before leaving the store. If you believe an error was made during checkout, notify a staff member immediately before exiting the premises so it can be resolved promptly.

6. Compliance & Regulatory Framework

This Return & Exchange Policy is structured to comply with Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission regulations applicable to adult-use marijuana establishments.

Nothing in this policy shall be interpreted to conflict with state law. Trinity Naturals reserves the right to update this policy at any time in order to maintain regulatory compliance.
